		The Story of The Kitchen is Closed
						Trent and Paul started playing gigs in 2000 and have a following of loyal fans.  One evening while playing a regular show at Plump's Last Shot, some friends decided Trent and Paul needed a name for their "Band".  Just as they started playing the manager of the bar brought out a sign to put out for customers.  The sign read "The Kitchen is Closed"...thus the name was born.
